Full prepayment is required to confirm your booking.

• More than 30 days before arrival: free cancellation.
• Within 30 days of arrival: 50% of the total booking is charged.
• Within 14 days of arrival, or no-show: 100% of the total booking is charged.

The maximum number of guests stated in the booking must be respected. Only registered guests may stay; if the limit is exceeded, additional charges may apply.

To complete check-in and prepare your access, you must send clear photos of a valid ID (passport or driver’s license) for all adult guests before arrival.

Depending on the property, length of stay or booking details, a refundable deposit may be required. If it applies, the amount and payment instructions will be shared before check-in.
