- Within 30 days of arrival: 50% of the total booking is charged.
- Within 14 days of arrival, or no-show: 100% of the total booking is charged.

To complete check-in and prepare your access, you must send clear photos of a valid ID (passport or driver’s license) for all adult guests before arrival.
Depending on the property, length of stay or booking details, a refundable deposit may be required. If it applies, the amount and payment instructions will be shared before check-in.
- Monthly rental rates are subject to seasonal pricing and availability.
- Electricity is not included in monthly rentals; it is billed separately based on actual usage.
- IDs are required for all adult guests to comply with community security rules and insurance requirements.
