I'm Ángel Martínez, founder of Rental Bliss.
A graduate in Hotel Administration from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), I've devoted my career to creating memorable experiences for guests and owners alike. I bring more than nine years of experience in customer service and over five years managing properties and vacation rentals across the Dominican Republic.
Over those years I learned something that still guides everything we do: a great stay isn't defined by a property alone, but by the experience that surrounds it.
Rental Bliss was born from a simple idea: to offer truly local, personalized care. From arranging a private transfer, stocking the property before arrival, or curating exclusive experiences, to being available whenever a need comes up. We believe the details make the difference.
Over time, that same philosophy extended to the owners who trust our team with their homes. We understand that a property isn't just an investment; it's an asset that deserves care, transparency, and constant attention.
Today we manage properties in Cap Cana, Punta Cana, Bávaro, and Santo Domingo, combining hospitality, technology, and professional management to offer owners peace of mind and guests exceptional experiences.
